Can pregnancy symptoms go away?

I'm 6 weeks pregnant had breast that felt fuller and they were sore and now they feel perfectly normal. That this normally happen or should I be worried?

Yes mine came and went! It's normal. I felt so bad terrible sickness and headaches and tiredness breasts were so painful then the next day nothing then a few days later it all came bk.

I didn't even have symptoms, I never got sick boobs never hurt (they sure as hell do now though) and I wouldn't have known I was pregnant had I not gone to my yearly doctors appointment.
