Can I have a bath?

I'm 7 weeks, can I have a bath? How can I make sure it's not too hot?

I never changed my bath temp.. they just don't want you in 120 degree water for extended periods because it raises bp and internal body temperature is all. I have a hot bath 2x a day and I'm 35 weeks

Baths are fine.  Making sure aren't hot like a hot tub.  Ive heard not over 100 degrees,  if i remember right. I take baths with Epsom salts all the time

The only reason it's a concern is because if it's too hot it could make you hot and potentially raise your blood pressure. So as long as you're not taking a bath in fire water,you'll be alright. My doctors tells me to take warm baths all the time for relaxation and back aches.

Turn the cold water on as well... baths are fine
