Last night I woke up with tight pain on both sides of my upper abdomen, changed positions (with my knees tucked and butt in the air) and the pain moved to my lower stomach on both sides In my hips I had sharp pains if I moved a certain way eventually it got to the point where I was having cramps in my vagina where it felt like I was about to start my period I was to paranoid to call the doctor because I didn't feel like it was that big of an emergency..... Anyone have anything similar happen... I'm 28 weeks
