Legs cramping?!

Does anyone else have crazy leg cramps in the middle of the night?? My calves and feet are cramping and its killing me! Suggestions?! (Other then my friend telling me to drink pickle juice lol ...which I do 😅

They kill me. I usually get them in my calves so bad that when I wake up in the morning I'm limping because my muscle still hurts lol.  If you I don't something that helps I'd love to know what it is haha

I started getting this around 20 weeks. My midwife and chiropractor suggested light stretches, plenty of water, and taking a calcium magnesium supplement before bed every night. (Extra potassium helps too!)
Since about a week after I started the supplement, I've had almost no cramps at all except when I over-exert myself (wear heels all day, exercise a lot more than usual, that kind of thing.)

Yessssss even though mine isn't really like cramping it's more like irritating restless leg drives me nuts !!!

Yes I'm 17 weeks and 2 days pregnant and I get them all the time randomly.
