Worst headache 😩
Going on day 4 with the worst headache!
I've tried everything!
Ice on my neck..
Ice on my eyes..
Warm bath with the ice on my neck..
Essential oils..
Cherries (natural anti inflammatory)
I even broke down and took some extra strength Tylenol..
Does anyone have any suggestions on anything else i can try??
