Can I get a relaxer?

Ive heard different things about it, i usually just do them at home myself, but i havent had one since becoming pregnant. Can someone tell me if they are okay or not? I need one desperately!!!

It depends on you really... I asked my OB she said it was OK. I permed mine when I was 3 months.. I'm 5 months now

My doc said that relaxers can be applied in the second trimester. Ask your doc to see what they say. I havent had a relaxer in six months so i know your pain lol. I plan on going natural and getting braids for the summer
