Possible baby shower dress....
My shower is July 24th & the theme is off to the races! We asked everyone to wear their best Kentucky derby attire (my mom and sister are creative). I bought this dress and I loved it but my mom said "ehh I don't know". I bought a loose fitting one too but just felt kinda frumpy in it. 
Thoughts?
Don't mind the hat btw
