When to announce ?!

Due January 8th ! When should I announce ? I've been hearing the heartbeat since 6 weeks and 5 days pregnant , went back at 8 weeks 5 days and the baby was growing and heard the heartbeat as well. Now going back at 11 weeks 3 days on Wednesday and was thinking to announce this weekend ...when did you announce ?

Why are you getting so many ultrasounds? I wish I got to see my baby at 6 weeks. I had to wait till 10 weeks for my first ultrasound. And only have two more scheduled for the rest of the pregnancy! But I'm due Jan 3rd and I announced at 11 weeks.

It's all personal opinion.  The risk of miscarriage significantly decreases at 12 weeks so some people wait until then. I've had a miscarriage before and the way I think about it is; I have a child and people can know no matter how small. And it's just so much less stressful to me for everyone to know too.

We announced at 8 weeks because our OBGYN said we were extremely low risk for miscarriage based on heart beat/size correlating so well with lmp at the ultrasound.

We're going to announce this Thursday with our first ultrasound scan. I wanted a photo to show everyone. After our doc visit, we are gong to lunch with the fam and we will tell them then. Then for everyone else, we will announce on fb with Lego people :)

I am due January 8th  also I told close family as soon as a got a positive test result because with my first pregnancy I didn't know until I was 19 weeks because of my periods being so irregular didn't want to take any chances good luck and hope you have a wonderful pregnancy

I announced this past weekend. And I'm gonna be 10wks tomorrow. It's really up to you when you want everyone to know😁 I only told a two ppl when I first found out I was pregnant. But now everyone knows!❤❤❤

I'm announcing at 12w. My first ultrasound isn't until 11w 3d so I'm going to announce after that. We've only told 1 family member and I told my boss because I'm getting morning sickness alot. He told his coworkers because he knows they don't have ties to anyone we know and he couldn't hold it in lol. I will probably tell close family and friends who I can in person or over the phone and after I'm hoping we have a cute announcement to share on Instagram (only social media were on :))
