St Tomas is great. I lived on St. Croix for a few years. I would recommend not doing an all inclusive and visiting all three Islands in the USVI. You can also take a fast speed boat, or sea plane to the BVI, also which is amazing.

I had a friend who just went a month ago and she loved it. They didn't do all inclusive and she regrets it, but says she would go back in a heart beat if she could.. I wanna go so badly!!
