Migraine

So I have had a migraine in the back of my head for 4 days and I am 29 weeks pregnant. Went to the ER on Saturday and they gave me the migraine cocktail and did an MRI of my brain and they found something but weren't too concerned. Told me to follow up with neurologist. Well now 2 days later I am still in excruciating pain, do you wait it our, call ob, or go back to hospital?
