My embarrassing costco trip. 😂😠ahh the magic of pregnancy.
I am 22 weeks today. Last Thursday we all got in the car and headed to Costco to pick up a pizza for dinner. I started feeling really carsick, which hasn't happened since earlier in the pregnancy. On the way home (while carrying the giant pizza) it got worse. I was sure we were going to make it, but about a half mile from the house I passed my daughter the pizza in the back seat (my husband was driving) and grabbed an airsickness bag from the glove compartment. I started to puke up the soup I had eaten an hour earlier. I was so glad we had the bag, and the horrible nausea felt instantly better but my relief quickly turned to horror. With each forceful vomit I felt PEE involuntarily escaping from my body. Three bouts of vomiting and I found mysef in a small puddle if urine. I did not tell my husband. I waited for him to get out first and when he went to take out the trash cans I dried the seat (came back to clean it later) and ran in the house before he could see that the back of my dress was wet. My daughter saw though and she instantly knew what had happened. I love my husband but it hasn't quite been a year of marriage yet and I would like to keep the mystery alive at least until childbirth 😂. Just had to share my embarrassment with all of you.
