Braxton Hicks often?

I've been feeling Braxton Hicks for probably the last month. They're not painful. But the past couple days I've been feeling them all day long is that OK?

I been having them lately after eaten and belly getting tight every second and now im having them because I been out on bed rest because if that this braxton hicks hurry up baby girl

Yes normal.  Try drinking lots of water and lay down on your left side. If they get less frequent it's ok. If they don't go away and come in a consistent and more frequent pattern for a couple of hours, then you should call your dr.

Drink more water and try to spend less time on your feet. Could be normal for you. I get them a lot, some women barely. Don't be afraid to bring it up to your doc
