Sitting out in the sun?

Is it okay to sit out in the sun for 30 mins? While pregnant and tan for a little bit

Use sunblock and if you feel ur starting to sweat u need to cool down. This means ur normal body temp is higher and baby can not balanc out and cool

Definitely wear sunblock. You are more sensitive to sun while pregnant. I get horrible heat rash if I don't wear sunblock and it's not fun!

Yes but use sunblock even if you don't usually burn. When you're pregnant your skin is more sensitive. Also drink plenty of water, too much sun can dehydrate you. I'm 😊

Only w sunblock on!!! Whether preg or not. But yes it's totally safe as long as u protect your skin!
