Exercise!
For Father's Day, all my husband wanted to do was go on a bike ride. Before I got pregnant we would ride our tandem bike as much as we could. So yesterday we left baby with my inlaws and went on a ride. I was so excited that I can still fit in my bike clothes. They are tighter than they used to be, but it's just incentive to go cycling and keep working out! We were only able to ride 8 miles because I hadn't ridden in 8 months, but it felt so good to be out cycling and exercising with my husband again! Is anyone else back to exercising after baby?
