I'm 37 weeks tomorrow and the doc told me today that the baby's head is down but he is in the OP position, which means his spine is inline with mine and is facing upward. I was wondering if anyone else is going through this as well and has any tips on what positions/stretches I can try to flip him the other way. My first pregnancy was the same and the labor was long and 6 hrs of it was spent trying to turn him so I could push. It did finally happen but it took so long. I am trying to avoid any kind of epidural this time around. Thanks in advance!
