I am in the Army National Guard so it is only a part time job but I am in a leadership position. It requires a lot of non paid work. I don't even enjoy this new position. I wish I wouldn't of taken it. It is causing stress for me and  my husband. I feel like I want to see about transferring to the Air Force Reserve even if it means I go down in rank. Not sure they will approve it though. Would you all try and transfer if you believe it will make you happier or would you stay in current position?
