I'm 30 weeks and I'm just going to on call until I delivered. I'm a officer and I feel like my body is giving up lol so I'll be picking up other officers shifts when they can't work.

I think it depends on your job role. No way am I running around like a mad woman at 39 weeks! Il be leaving at 37-38 weeks if I'm feeling upto it and work don't take advantage of me

I'm due in November (the end) and I only plan to work until September, if that. I have such bad hip pain and working makes it so much worse. My dr told me its up to me when I'm done and she will put me on medical leave until the baby is born then I can go on one year of mat leave.

Maybe only one or two. I'm a teacher, due Nov 30, and ideally I'd just rather not come back after thanksgiving break. But if I'm nowhere near delivery I'll go back. I want time off with baby, not myself lol.
