Birth control after delivery
Hello ladies just curious what birth control you guys are going to use after delivery and how soon you are planning on starting it ?
My doctor recommended nexplanon(the arm implant) anyone tried this? Any weight gain? I read it can cause depression and not sure if that would be smart to start right away because of postpartum depression being a possibility.
