Would it be wrong of me if I demand to be induced if I do not have my son by his due date or sooner? I have this really big fear of a hemmorage , him pooping inside of me and swallowing it or "breathing it in", or growing to big, I have 29 days to go and I have not dialated at all and my cervix is not soften at all either.

You can demand all you want but it's ultimately up to your doc. You're gonna be fine.

A due date is just an estimate. Your body and your baby know when they are ready. Don't rush it. Your body was made for this. My son was born at 39+1 and pooped inside of me. Of its going to happen, it's going to happen.

Just express your fears to your OBGYN...they are going to do what's best for you and your baby. The last month is so hard...just hang in there.

Being induced will not reduce the risk of anything you mentioned, and in face may increase it. 
I wouldn't induce unless for medical reasons, I was induced and it was not pleasant

You can demand all you want, but docs are the ones who make the call, so the more you demand the less likely they are to cave. Just be polite and broach the subject nicely and pray for the best!

Also, not being dilated at 36 weeks doesn't mean anything. Not being dilated at 40 weeks doesn't even mean anything. You can go into labor hours after being checked and being 0cm, just as you could go weeks without going into labor although you're already dilated. With my first I was a 1 at 38 weeks, didn't go past this until I was in labor at 39w6d. A friend of mine was 4cm for almost 3 weeks. So really, don't use dilation as a sign of pending labor. :) I know it can be encouraging, but it can also be very exhausting to be dilated and every day think it may be the day only to have weeks left.

My doc wouldn't let me go past 41 weeks with my first. They wouldn't let me go past 39 weeks with my second because I had to have a csection.

I scheduled my induction the day after my due date . Told the doc if she ain't out on her day she is coming the next day , he said ok. This conversation was 2 weeks before due date

I don't think it's wrong. Many women opt to be induced. A close friend of mine chose to be induced at 39 weeks. The only thing is that typically insurance will not cover an induction if it is not medically necessary. So if you are choosing to induce for personal reasons, more than likely your insurance won't cover it. But you can by all means choose to be induced, they just won't do it before 39 weeks. But after 39 it's an option for anyone.

Well I wasn't induced until I was 41 weeks I
And even then I was stuck at 3 with no sign of her in sight. After being induced, I found out she was sunny side up(thanksfully they were able to turn her as she was coming out. And she came weighing 8lbs14oz. It's ok to wait until after 40 weeks to induce.
