I was shocked

I'm going to be 37 weeks on Wednesday. I was so shocked when the doctor told me I test positive for GBS. I feel so sad cause I don't want to pass it to my baby during delivery. I have a 15 months old already this baby will be my second son. Everything was perfect with my first son. I didn't have it. Does anybody has it before. I'm worried.
