What's your secret code for having your period?

Normally when I had my period in school and my friends asked me what was wrong, if there was guys around I would say "mother nature has me in a death grip" and they immediately understood that my cramps were killing me. So I want to know if you guys had any code words our phrases? I can't be the only one right?

Usually now i just straight up say "my period" or "cramps" but when i was younger my code word with friends was "tom" (time of month).

Usually I tell my boyfriend it's my shark week. He totally gets it then when I don't want to do something he tells me to do it, I go into detail of how painful it is to have a period. He does it anyways. :) gotta love being a lady.
