Is sex on your period okay? Is it true that sex on your period makes your cramps go away??🤔🤔🤔

Yes. I do it and it fixes my cramps. It helps relax the muscles. Plus, personally I hunk it feels 10x better than normal sex. Like I can see the gates of heaven. But that's just me. And also you'll want to lay done a towel. It can sometimes be messy unless you wear a soft cup or a sponge while you're doing it.

I have a low cervix on my period so it hurts for me if my guy goes too deep. He takes in slow and it feels great! It's helped my cramps a bit
