Hypnobirthing anyone?

Anyone try hypnobirthing with their previous deliveries. I am very curious about your delivery experience. Please share, in a first time mom and would love to know more first hand experience.

Yes, did hypno with myfirst and planning to do it again with my second - highly recommended if you are the kind of person who believes in mind over matter! I did the Hypnobabies audio sessions from around 30 weeks and throughout labour. I was in labour for around 12 hours and honestly didn't have any discomfort until the last 2 hours in the crazy rush to get to the hospital. As soon as I was admitted a got back in the zone I was again had no real discomfort and after about half an hour she was out!

I'm planning to use hypnobirthing with my little one! My sister used it with my nephew...she was in labor about 36 hours but she said it was never unbearable or really that bad. Pushing was hard for her but that was just because she was so exhausted from not sleeping. She definitely plans to use it again with all future babies!

I did hypnobirthing with my first and loved it! I'm still the only woman I know that absolutely loved being in labor and I credit that to hypnobirthing. It helps you have the mindset you should have going into birth and I was calm the whole time. I strongly recommend it.

I've been looking into hypnobirthing and I'm actually really excited to use it when it's time to give birth! My friends think I'm a nut, but it's my body and my baby, so they're the crazy ones lol
