I was woken up out of my sleep with horrible back pain and a stomach ache. It feels almost like I'm having diarrhea but I've been constipated my whole entire pregnancy. I'm sitting on the toilet and my back is aching more ( on a scale of 1-10) it's about a 5 & my stomach ache is about a 4. I've managed to use the bathroom and had a bit of diarrhea and my stomach ache has semi disappeared and has made it to about a 2 but my back is feeling like a 6 now. Should I go into my OB? Is this normal? Has anyone else had this? I'm a FTM & am worried
