Question

Any mommies stopped breastfeeding? How  and why did you do it?

Answer

I stopped at 2 months. I never satisfied her. She would be on me for hours and hours at a time and still be cranky. She had colic and it kept getting worse. I literally couldn't put her down even for a second. I live alone with a 2 year old and 2 dogs and just couldn't handle it anymore. I started her on Gerber soothe and she was a completely different baby. She is now 4 months old sleeping from 7pm to 9am and puts herself to sleep. My toddler now gets time with me and home cooked meals. Do what works best for your family.

I stopped after 3 months because my milk wasn't getting my little one full! He just wanted to eat every 30 mins. Doctor recommended trying formula, and it was a lifesaver, I even added rice! He loves his bottles!
