Well went from fingertip to 3cm dilated in 1 week. Cervix has moved down and is starting to get soft. She said she's guessing he probably about 7 1/2 pounds now. I'm 37 weeks and measuring at 42. Doing an ultrasound on Thursday to see how big he is. I also usually don't bleed after my checks but I am this time. So he could come at any time now.
