If your sugar levels are managed, your baby should not be any bigger than average. My first was 7.4 my second was 6.8 both I had GD managed by diet. So it depends on the severity of your case and how well it's managed.

I had GD with my second (I have 3) and he was my biggest at 10 lbs 2 oz!! And I gained the most weight with him...60 pounds!

My kids were big...if u do what ur supposed to I wouldn't worry.
