I'm 8 weeks pregnant & went to do the dishes today and bent over and peed a little on myself , this isn't the first time it's happened and it's so embarrassing . Anyone else?

All the time. I am sick and coughing all the time. Also this is my 4th baby

Are you sure it's pee and not just cervical fluid?  With hormone levels so high you will have a lot of wetness...

Trust me when I say take those kegels seriously. I peed on myself a few times in the beginning from puking and coughing, and immediately started doing kegels and have not had that issue even with my baby kicking my bladder.
