Braxton Hicks ?! FTM

Is it Braxton Hicks when your entire stomach tightens up ?? It keeps happening and some like pain in my crotch / upper thighs and lower back . Idk if it's actual Braxton hicks or not happening

Braxton hix don't get stronger or progress.. real contraction get stronger.. time them.. I heard if it's in your back too it's real. how many you having in an hour? and if you relax and change positions does it ease up or stop?

Went to the doc today and I have similar situation. My whole belly tightens like a drum usually in the afternoon. It stays like that for 10-15 minutes which my doc found odd. She told me to watch fetal movement when it's happening - if it seems decreased I should go in for a non stress test.

I've been having tightening of the stomach I presume is braxton hicks. I'm 32 weeks, & it's my first so not sure what to expect xx
