Just turned 40 and been ttc for a few months now. Any one have any suggestions on what to take for hormonal balance?

Iam 43 and had a vfl...!!! Only thing I started taking is maca and cq10

I am nearly 45 and am 7weeks along now.  I took maca, cq10and Royal jelly. Also used conceive plus. Took selenium and vitamin e for implantation as thinning of the uterine lining is a problem over 40!
