Im gonna try and make this simple without going into to much detail....I am step mom to 3 children ages 13 and twin 9 yr olds. Bio mom has been in and out of their life 7+ years. Bio mom had previously done a lot of abuse and neglect to all children. Sevre abuse...broken bones, lacerations, concussions. After yrs in court judge awards dad and myself joint custody with bio mom only for the school records as well as medical records. One of the twins has severe anxiety and ptsd from mom clinically diagnosed on meds. Judge also awards her supervised visits only with us.

She refuses to help with treatment or take part in any treatment bc she's always been in denial. She goes months even years at a time being absent. This time its been 2+ yrs. Mom has 3 other children also. So no contact with us...kids or anything in 2 years. Mom gets all school mailings ab awards and report cards. Today out of no where she shows up at the school and watches the son who has the ptsd from her and goes to his classroom to "SUPRISE" him. He is soo confused....as well as us.
