I weigh 200 lbs and am 5'2 and my hip bones stick out.... I don't carry weigh in my belly. I have huge size F boobs and my hips are nearly 50".. your weight doesn't define anything. If I jus told you my weight and height you'd assume I'm a very obese person. But I'm far from it. My hips and butt and thighs are big and so are my boobs and that's where all my weight goes.

im 5'10 150lb and chubby in the midsection but my hipbones stick out. its all a genetics thing and depends on bone structure body type etc, dont worry about it hon

I am 30 lbs overweight and my hip bones still stick out. Hip bones sticking out don't mean anything. And unless it's a doctor telling you you're underweight, take what people say with a grain of salt. Some moms just worry about everything too, and sometimes don't realize that their worry is contagious. If you're really concerned then go to your general practitioner with your mom and get a professional opinion on your weight and BMI :)
