Trying to quit smoking, is it ok to vape while pregnant?

I'm 6w2d and still vaping. I know I need to quit all together, but so far I have cut down on how much i vape. If you're addicted to nicotine, doctors will tell you not to go cold turkey because it can put stress on the baby. Like the other lady said, there's not enough evidence and studies on vaping yet, but I personally think it's better than cigarettes. You're not getting the formaldehyde, rat poison, etc that's in cigarettes. But make sure to buy your vape fluid at a reputable vape shop and not a gas station. A lot of the gas station fluids have more chemicals in them than the ones from vape shops. The fluids I buy have 4 ingredients; nicotine, natural flavoring, vegetable glycerin, and propylene glycol.

I wouldn't, vape has tons of chemicals and they're bad for you not to mention it's bad on your lungs.

I asked my midwife and she couldn't tell me just said there's not enough evidence that they can harm the baby and said it will be better than smoking cigarettes X
