When do you start introducing baby food?

We did around 8-9 months because my milk supply was diminishing due to pregnancy. I've heard that if you are primarily breastfeeding you can wait till one year. I would ask your pediatrician for recommendation on when is best.

You can start as early as 4mos but best to wait until at least 6mos. It is harder to digest. Also stay away from meats until at least 8-9mos. Stick to vegetables and fruits or plain cereal mixed with breast milk or formula
