Omega3 to conceive?

I've heard that you can take omega3 to help conceive. Is this true lady's?

She told me to take the prenatal and folic acid only, but she said I would be fine to continue taking it. I take a prescribed prenatal now that has it in already. I took it about 3 months before conceiving. Also we had my husband take a multi vitiman folic acid and omega 3. I would suggest always good to your doctor first before starting anything and eatting a well balanced diet.

I'm not sure I'd it is true but before i conceived I took an omega 3, prenatal (nature's made suggested by my doctor)and folic acid also suggested by my doctor.
