Late period a month after miscarriage

I miscarried very early on May 25, just last month. I was very very early in the pregnancy hcg was only 35 when I went to the hospital with bleeding.  This month my period was due on the 17th but still have not got it. Is it normal for a period to be late after a miscarriage or is there a chance I'm pregnant again? Symptoms I'm feeling are sore breasts and very light nausea but could mean period soon. I will take a test in the morning but just wanted to get anyone's input. Thank you!
