Leaking or sweating?

Question

It's kind of embarrassing but my underwear is always wet. How do I know if I'm leaking or just sweating? It doesn't smell and a pad helps but I'm wondering if it's something that I would check with my doc.  I'm 28 weeks. Thanks!

Mine aren't ever wet, but they feel damp on me. It's sweat for me. Once I get home and walk around with no pants on in the AC I'm dry as a bone haha. I know if I sit for too long, or just exist in anything over like 75 degrees I get major swamp ass lol. Sorry TMI. But my thin little liners are always dry, even when I'm sweaty so I know it's not fluid leaking.

I would get it checked just incase it could be your waters leaking slowly.
