Can someone please explain morning sickness to me please?! Like how far during pregnancy does it occur and things like that? I'm at school right now and Im experiencing some pretty bad pains and I've been sick for like the past week, it started when I had a top up for my immunisations and one of them was for when I have children in the future. My partner and I (been together for 2 years now) always have unprotected sex and do use the pull out method. 

I am just freaking out a bit because we did also have sex when I was fertile which was a week and half ago. I feel so sick like I'm gonna vomit and these cramps are so uncomfortable and I also have a headache and a was a bit dizzy before. 

Could it be just a cold starting or would it be something else?! Please help me!!
