Red/brown bleeding

I'm having horrible anxiety. Was diagnosed with threatened miscarriage at ER on Sunday night. My OB put in orders for my second HCG quant and I took that this evening. I'm so anxious to call tomorrow morning and ask about the results. I hope so badly this isn't a miscarriage. I want this baby so much ❤️ I already told my dad I was pregnant even though I'm just a few weeks and he was overjoyed. I don't want to let him or my husband down. I know they both love me and will understand but I'll be so sad still. Have you guys had red bleeding and carried to full term?
