So I just have a quick question because I obviously don't know the answer. This hasn't happened yet but I'm asking just in case it does. I know it doesn't always happen or at least I think it doesn't always happen but just in case. I'm 37 weeks pregnant and just wondering if/when I lose my mucas plug should I go to hospital right away or wait for contractions to start? I'm pretty sure when my sister was pregnant with one of her three that she lost hers a few days before going into labour but not sure. Just trying to get all my ducks in a row just in case things start to progress soon. Also I've been experiencing mild cramping off and on the past two days. It's not all the time. Only once a day so far and it's not excruciating almost like a gas/period type of cramp. I felt baby moving quite a bit last night while I was sitting in bed on my laptop. I lifted my shirt and could see slight movement (kicks or hits) which was cool cause that's the first time I've seen my stomach move. Still not sure if she's turned or not. I think she's still breech but we shall see Thursday at my appt hopefully. But is mild cramping the start of possible contractions? I don't really get a chance to ask my dr a lot of questions lately and have felt rushed during appts and also my dr doesn't seem too concerned about baby still being breech. Should I be concerned like I am or just trust the Drs knowing they deal with this all the time? Sorry so long.
