We don't know what we are having yet but we already have a boys name picked out. But for a girl we are having a hard time. We both like Ella but the middle name is the tricky part. We thought about June (after my grandma that passed) but my cousin named her cat June. Maybe it's me but now I feel like I can't use June (though my husband still wants too. My grandma middle name was Betsy, so was thinking of names that might be like Betsy. What about Beatrice? Does that originate from Betsy. I can't find anything on Google. But I want to honor my grandma bc she was such a great lady.
