Confused & In pain!

I missed my pills for a whole week (due to blood pressure issues) yesterday when I wiped I saw light spotting but then when I put my finger in to check there was blood my fiancé and I have been having sex the WHOLE time I have been taking the pills , I took the whole first row but missed the WHOLE second row.. Now I am having the WORST CRAMPS & Bleeding ever!! Fiancé woke up with me this morning because I was hurting sooo bad what do I do??? Is this called break thru bleeding??? or what?? I am HURTING SOO BAD!!!
