Guess I'm back to ttc again.

Feeling really lost right now. Me and my husband went in for our first apt where I should have been 10 weeks. After a sonogram they discovered the baby was only measuring 6 weeks and had no heartbeat. It had stopped growing. I got my second bhcg levels back today. Levels seriously dropped. Monday I was supposed to have a follow up ultra sound but it looks more like I'll be having a d&c. Feeling so heartbroken. I just want this out so we can try again.
