When do you really count from?

My glow AP says I'm four weeks today from the first day of my last period But when I take a digital test it says 2 weeks. When do you really count from?

You count from the first day of your last period. The tests is picking up the date from ovulation. As every woman has a different cycle length, pregnancy is counted from the start of the last period.

If you read the papers on digital it says if it states 1-2 it means 3-4 weeks pregnant.

Technically that's the same thing.  The Clearblue tests show weeks from conception - so 2 weeks.  Your doctor & apps will calculate from last menstrual period, which tacks on another 2 weeks, making you 4 weeks along.  Does that make sense?

Everything I've read is just adding 2 weeks. Because technically your body has been prepping to start baby for 2 weeks ish prior to the egg being fertilized.

I am kind of freaking out now.  This is my first pregnancy (via IUI) so I have been saying 2 1/2 weeks from conception (as I know exact date) but now it may be 4 1/2 weeks ?!?  Oh my goodness ....  😱

Yes, you don't produce HCG, the hormone that the pregnancy test picks up in order to turn positive, until implantation.
