Blood Pressure Tablets😒

I have just been given blood pressure tablets today due to my high blood pressure. Also being induced tomorrow because of it, but since i've took a tablet my body feels all tingly and my head. Also feeling drowsy, these are common side affects apparently, should i still mention to doctor tomorrow when i go in to be induced? Or just leave it as they are common side affects? 😞
