Am I the only one who tolerates breastfeeding?

I know most women love breastfeeding and I had my expectations so high that id love it. Even after I got past the hardest weeks, I dont get those happy hormones.  I get irritated and only tolerate breastfeeding because its good for my son. Im glad you love it if you do. Thats great. But people seem to think youre only allowed to LOVE it. So lets be real :)

Now I feel like I'm the only one loving it 🙈 exclusively breast feeding for 6 month already and truly enjoying it since week 2:) I feel that bond I have with my girl and I like feeling that someone needs me :)

I only do it cause it's good for my daughter. I'm already over the pumping and leaking everywhere and washing pump parts

I know how you feel... I'm already to the point of wanting to quit and my son is only 3 weeks old. I have to go back to work in a few weeks so I know once that happens then I probably won't be able to do it much longer. I just feel like my whole day revolves around breastfeeding, then pumping, then washing everything, and repeat. I feel like I'm neglecting my 3 year old because every time he asks for anything I feel like I'm saying hold on because I'm either feeding or pumping. My milk supply dropped, now I'm having latching problems, I just got a clogged duct on one boob, now I'm having serious pain in my nipple on the other boob, and I'm over it! My son also hasn't been pooping, so I'm starting to get really concerned about that. I feel like he's never getting enough. Sorry for my rant, but I'm just ready to go buy some damn formula. I just feel too guilty though, and I wanna keep BFing but I'm starting to feel like it's not worth it if it's causing me all this stress. I just want to be one of those mom's with 2 deep freezers full of milk and a baby that latches like a pro and makes this whole thing look easy lol. Ok I'm done with my rant now, as you can see I can totally relate to how ur feeling!

Sometimes I love it and feel like I'm bonding with my daughter. Other times I only tolerate it and even get frustrated that I have to be tied down to her or a pump all the time.

I don't like BF at all... My daughter is 5 months and I EBF. But I don't like it. I have 3 other children and I'm a mother always on the GO. It's very time consuming and takes lots of dedication. I only do it because it's healthy for her!

Week 10 tomorrow and I ADORE it. I struggled so hard to EBF my first and never could so being able to this time has me loving every minute of it.

I tolerated it for the first 3 months and didn't really love it until baby was 7 or 8 months old. Now that is he 9 months and so busy, it is our quiet cuddle time together. He is so independent, but for that little bit he needs his mama.

I can only pump at work until he's a year old and that makes me sad. I hope to continue to breastfeed in the mornings and evenings after that.

I hate it! I exclusively pump, he does nurse at night to go to bed. It is so time consuming and my entire day and any plans we make revolve around it. I do it because it is what's best for my son and to have to buy formula would kill our bank account. I tell my husband all the time I want to quit but can't bring myself to do it, I feel like it would be so selfish of me to switch him to formula when I am producing plenty and he is doing so well with my milk.  With my first we formula fed and it was honestly so much easier

I'm sorry, I love my kids and wanted what's best for them but honestly I'd say I tolerated/borderline hated it! Firstly because it was so painful, with my first it was bad, with my second I got the hang of it but just Coz of the first day of feeding being so bad I didn't recover and it still hurt so bad afterwards, I would have to hold my breath when he started. But I totally agree there's too much stigma around breastfeeding, I think I hated it most Coz my hubby wud make such a big deal abt it and go on and on and eventually I got sick of hearing abt it. We need to let mothers breathe! Honestly if u love it I'm super happy for u, if u don't then there's nothing wrong with being honest abt it, u can't help how u feel, ur still doing right by ur child!
