Vagina very sore - 36 weeks

I'm 36 weeks and I've noticed the last couple of weeks that my vaginia has been very sore! Almost like I've had very rough intercourse (I haven't had sex since this baby was conceived) anyone else dealing with this? Anyone know the reasoning?
