I'm a FTM I'm cramping really bad and have a back ache also I believe I had my bloody show at 11pm. I time my contractions when ever I feel a high peak of pain and this is what I have so far. Every time I pee there's blood and it seems to be more and more each time. I called L&D and was told I'm in early stage labor to go in when my contractions are 2-3 min apart. The only thing is that I'm not sure if I'm doing it right. Can I please have your opinions. Also I'm currently 39+5 FTM
