I wanted to say how impressed we are with this diaper pail & company.

We were given the purple pail as a hand me down. The person went on and on about how amazing it was you can use it for cloth or disposables and she never once had a smell. It's stainless steel my hubbys was soo excited about the quality.

We noticed it was not locking shut. I sent the company an email (found in 2min on their site) and quickly got a response. They asked a few questions like age and to send pictures. We sent the photos and were honest about it being 3years old or so and a hand me down. They quickly solved the problem!!!

I was so happy with the quality and service. A used pail that old they easily could have said there was nothing they could do but we could tell from they start they were going to help until the problem was resolved.
