Looks just like a bad sunburn. I had sun poisoning before on my back. My friend noticed it. She said it looked like water droplets on my back but my back was dry

If you had sun poisoning you would have raised bumps, you're probably dehydrated, sun burns can dehydrate you. I've been burnt worse than this, my skin was cracked and bleeding and I still have scars from it. I say it's a sunburn and you're dehydrated and you need to drink lots of water, stay inside and sleep. Use some aloe Vera, put some apple cider Vinegar in a spray bottle and spray it on your sunburn for relief.
